Jamu - The natural drink

Jamu is a natural, medicinal drink made popular in Indonesia. It is made mainly from Turmeric and the process to make the drink requires pasteurisation to allow the Curcumin (found naturally in Turmeric) to activate along with pepper. With added vitamin C from citrus, this will allow further absorption, from all the nutrients in the drink, into your body. Sweetness is added through honey that is known for its healing properties.
